Prime Rib Buffet: 10oz. to 12oz. slice of perfectly roasted prime rib 10 oz. $18.00
of beef with au jus and horseradish chantilly, served with twice-baked 12 oz. $20.00
potato and green beans almondine and house salad.
Oriental: Beef, chicken and vegetable stir-fry, sautéed with julienne bell $14.00
peppers, snow peas, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, presented with fried
rice, egg rolls with sweet & sour, and crab rangoon.
German: Wiener schnitzle, bratwurst, spatzle, sweet & sour cabbage and $14.00
German potato salad.
Pizza: Choose three: Supreme, Portabella and Feta, Spinach and Bacon, Four $14.00
Cheese, Chicken Monterey, Canadian Jack, Artichoke Bleu cheese and, garlic
shrimp. Served with Caesar salad and bread sticks.
Mexican: Beef, chicken and cheese enchiladas with refried beans and hard shell $14.00
tacos with all of the trimmings, guacamole and chips.
Italian: Beef or chicken lasagna with pasta and choice of meat, clam, marinara $14.00
or cheese sauce, including parmesan bread sticks and Caesar salad.
Potato Bar: Ham, turkey, chili, fresh vegetables, sour cream and cheddar cheese $12.00
sauce served on a giant baked potato.
Southern: Southern fried chicken, whipped potatoes and gravy, baked beans, $14.00 cole slaw and potato salad.
Taco Bar: Mini tacos on soft and hard shells, guacamole and chips, all the $12.00
trimmings.
Business Sandwich: An assortment of deli meats and breads with all of the $10.00
trimmings, served with tossed salad, salad du jour and dressings.
Add .50 per person for domestic cheese.
With most buffet menus, salad, bread and butter, iced tea and coffee are included.
All dinner entrees can be made into Buffet selections.
