Then the Douglas County Sheriff, Roth is shown wildly driving a car on the Interstate with a police helicopter and Lone Ranger chasing him. In the Face drawing, the woman in the Volkswagen symbolizes a story then being told about Roth who was accused by a woman of overzealous law enforcement and running her off the road. He allegedly defended himself by saying he was on official business. Roth was at one time a Secret Service agent assigned to the White House during the Eisenhower administration. Later he was put in charge of the Secret Service office in Omaha. After taking a disability retirement, he became public safety director for the City of Omaha.
